Due to the growing popularity there are two changes to the Zumba Classes.

1. CLASS SCHEDULE 📆
Mondays 6:45 - 7:45 pm
❗New: Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm

2. NO SHOWS 🚫
If you have signed up for a class you cannot attend, you must give a 24 hour notice or a No-Show Fee will be charged.

Happy Canada Day from all of us at Torque Gym! 🍁💪

Just a reminder that Torque Gym will not be staffed on Wednesday, July 1st for Canada Day.

✅ Members will continue to have 24/7 access with their Phone app.

✅ Memberships and day passes can still be purchased online by scanning the QR code below or the QR code located on the front door.

❌ No guest access will be permitted on July 1st.

❌ Please do not allow anyone into the facility without an active membership.

We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday celebrating with family and friends!🎉
