Classes begin the week of September 12, 2022 !!! Some openings are still available for ages 3 and up! Call me at +1519-639-5468 to inquire/register! Classes are combination classes. Toddler class is ballet and jazz. Ages 4 and up receive ballet, tap and jazz.
Classes are held weeknights only for a 12 week session!

THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! CLASS IS NOW FULL! Ok Ladies!... It’s time to feel better, destress and get fit! My full body fitness class begins Monday, Sept 27th at 8 pm at the Columbus Club in AYLMER with a brand new repertoire. Strictly following all the Covid guidelines, I am able to fit 15 women socially distanced to work out every Monday evening for 50 mins for 10 weeks. Workouts include stretching, Pilates, upper body strengthening, and hips and thigh exercises. Workout from head to toe! You will need a mat, water bottle and some hand weights. Oh and of course a mask to enter and exit the building. There’s only 15 spots so message me by phone or text at 519-639-5468 if you would like to register. Let’s do this!!!
