We congratulate Sensei Chandrima and Carel on their achievements yesterday at the Douvris In-House Tournament in Ottawa.
There were no sparring competitors in their age groups so we had the pleasure of watching them have a match.
It was a good one!!

It has been quite a while since Douvris Aylmer attended a Douvris In-House with the Ontario Locations and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the schools for a very warm welcome and the support and help that was provided!!🙏

Today we Congratulate
Sensei Stany
on earning his Second Degree Black Belt - The Rank of Nidan!
He was out of the country for our grading two weeks ago.
He pushed himself to the limit ALL morning and over these past two years.
Douvris Aylmer was happy to witness and be a part of this milestone with his family ♥️
