Rhythmic Gymnastics by York Stars — We encourage your child to reach for their dreams, all the while, learning to enjoy the process in a loving and nurturing atmosphere. The mission of York Stars Rhythmic Gymnastics Club is to develop the mind and body of your child by practicing in a healthy and caring environment, which ensures that all can achieve their personal best. We focus on an individual approach in the development of our athletes, as well as, building on an ethical and honest foundation alongside team spirit. We ensure development of the raw skills of each of the participants, while continuing to build a strong, healthy and competitive spirit in each gymnast that trains with us. We are confident that when your child joins our York Stars family, they will shine brighter under the expert coaching at our club.

✨ 25 YEARS OF YORK STARS ✨

It’s hard to believe that 25 years have flown by. What started 25 years ago has grown into something so much bigger than a gymnastics club. It has become a community, a family, and a place filled with countless memories 💙

At the heart of it all has been Julia.
For 25 years, she has poured her heart, soul, passion, and dedication into York Stars. She has coached, mentored, encouraged, supported, and watched so many gymnasts grow - creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Today, York Stars remains a family-run business, with Julia and Mishelle working together to continue the club she built with so much love.

To our coaches, athletes, parents, alumni, friends, and everyone who has been part of our journey over the past 25 years… THANK YOU. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. You are what makes York Stars so special 💙

⭐️FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH AND LEAPS INTENSIVE⭐️

Open to all athletes looking to upgrade their skills! Choose to come all 5 days or select just a few (pre-registration required).

Our Summer Performance Intensive is a specialized cross-training program designed for dancers, gymnasts, figure skaters, synchronized swimmers, cheerleaders, acrobats, martial artists, and anyone looking to improve their athletic performance.

Participants will develop greater flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and body control through expert instruction in active and passive stretching, strength and conditioning, leap and jump technique, core stability, posture, and injury prevention.

Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming season or simply looking to become a stronger, more confident athlete, this intensive provides the tools to help you reach your goals.
