Deep, satisfying core work. An hour of Pilates Heaven. ✨✨

Laura Hanlon is back with Level 1 Reformer, Version 13, and this one feels SO good!

Expect controlled strength, deep core engagement, and that incredible feeling of being stronger, longer, and more connected from head to toe.

Don’t let Level 1 fool you! This workout delivers a challenge in all the right places (especially the core!), with plenty of opportunities to focus on your technique and feel the work deeply.

Your reformer is waiting!
Warmly,
Your team at Aurora Pilates. 😊
