We are excited to be hosting Sean.P Gallagher, PT and Elaine Ewing at Pilates by Rina.

Sean is looking forward to sharing with you for the first time Sean Gallagher's Pilates Archives® Romana’s Tapes™ workshop on the “Guillotine”.

Are you interested in learning how Romana taught?

Are you interested in her hands on cueing?

Do you live in or within driving distance to Aurora Ontario?

Then come and join us at Pilates by Rina on December 7th, 2024 from 12pm - 5pm.

This workshop is open to any comprehensively trained teacher from any school or program who has experience in working with Pilates apparatus. (Not available to mat only teachers)

Elaine is excited to bring her Pilates training expertise to Canada!

The 2x4 workshop will focus on creating an understanding of 2x4 fundamentals and how it relates and enhances your Pilates practice through the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Practicing on the 2x4 can make changes to your alignment, and increase your understanding of the work across the Pilates system.
