B1 Squadra rider Aram Salem took on the gravel at the punishing Clarence Rockland Classic.
Not his usual discipline, but that’s exactly the point.

The mission was simple: race, learn, and build.

Once you’re signed in: Open the TrainingPeaks Virtual app.

At the top of the screen, tap EVENTS (top bar).
On the left, select Events & Workouts.
You’ll see our B1 event—click MORE for full ride details.

When it gets close to start time, return to that page.
Once the pen opens, you’ll see “LET’S RIDE.”
Click it, warm up if you want, and wait for the countdown.
Then just follow the B1 on-screen instructions all the way through the session.
Pro tip: Just like an outdoor ride, give yourself a few extra minutes to get set up and ready.
