Creamy Dill, Chicken & Orzo Bake🍋

2lbs chicken thighs/breast
1 cup dry orzo
2 chickens chicken stock
1/2 cup cream
1 bunch asparagus
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Kinder's Flavors The Blend Spice
1/4 cup light Parmesan cheese

Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup light mayo
2 tbsp Dijon
Juice & zest from one lemon
1 tbsp honey
As much dill as you’d like
Salt and pepper

Preheat your oven 400 degrees. Add orzo, stock and cream to a 9x13 baking dish and mix. Add chicken on top and your Kinder's Flavors spices with your sauce mixture drizzled over the chicken. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes. Take out, add asparagus, tomatoes, and your Parm - leave uncovered and cook until chicken is ready. Tip- broil on high for a few minutes to char veggies and cheese.

I love the workouts and the timing. The workouts are challenging and never boring and the music is awesome. 45min goes by very quickly! Staff offer correction, encouragement and support as needed. A very professional atmosphere that is motivating and positive. Highly recommend!
