Huge Testimonial Tuesday post 🔥🙏
I have been into fitness most of my life as a competitive figure skater. After kids, I forgot about myself and didn’t make myself a priority. When we moved to Aurora, I was told about this place called Fit Body Boot camp. It took me a while to get the courage to sign up but I am so happy I did.
I met Yehya on my very first day and his energy was infectious from the start. He made me feel comfortable and checked in throughout to make sure I was okay and if anything was bothering me.
I moved on after a year at Fit Body as I felt I had done what I could there and needed to challenge my body more. Yehya was very understanding and has always remained incredibly supportive wherever I am in life and in my fitness journey. Last spring, I was so excited for him and making this space his own, transforming it into his vision. I signed up for his Name Drop challenge to support him as it is the relationship we have with each other, always supporting each other in our goals and in life.
In the Fall of this year, I was ready for another change, more challenges and meeting new people. I love the energy you get when you are working out with people around you and with a coach that is incredibly motivating and pushing you. Yehya is very attentive and knows when I am not pushing myself to where I know I can. He will bring new weights, add a challenge to an exercise (those banded ham curls) or even sit on you during a wall sit for extra weight 🤪 He is very aware when something is wrong, an injury or something just doesn’t feel right and is quick to have something else ready for you to do.
My love for fitness has never gone away but the past year and a half, definitely challenged it. I have to say it is fully back. When you step into Studio 95, you can’t help but feel the love and the energy from everyone, but especially Yehya. I am so thankful to you and to everyone apart of this family 💕
