CAPTivate Gymnastics CAPTivate is a gymnastics club for ADULTS, with programs all over Alberta, Manitoba & NWT.

Whether you're brand new, curious to try gymnastics, already part of CAPTivate, or coming along with a friend, itโ€™s a great chance to jump in and have some fun.

Youโ€™re welcome to come with a friend, come on your own, or use it as a one-time drop-in class. No need to be part of a current CAPTivate program to join.

When an athlete connects a roundoff back handspring for the first time or gets their kip. Those are 2 skills that are super tricky but so satisfying to the coach and athlete when that is achieved.

Registration is now available for our July and August 4-week mini-sessions, and some classes are already starting to fill up!

Whether you're working on new skills, getting back into the gym, or just looking for a fun way to stay active this summer, our mini-sessions are a great way to keep the momentum going. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ

Worried about summer holidays or weekend plans? Don't be! We offer make-up classes to help keep your training on track.

September registration will open later, with priority registration beginning August 4 and public registration opening August 7.

We had a blast at the Foothills GymStars Team All Stars Competition! ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŽ‰

While CAPTivate was the only adult team in the competition, it was so much fun to be part of an event that brought together gymnasts of all ages.

One of the best parts was hearing how much our team inspired some of the kids, teens, and parents in the crowd. It was a great reminder that gymnastics can be for everyone, and we all left feeling pretty fulfilled. โค๏ธ

A huge shoutout to Annie, who took home the award for Most Expressive Floor Routine! ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’ƒ

โ˜€๏ธ Summer Mini-Sessions are coming! ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Priority registration opens June 2 for current and former CAPTivate gymnasts, with public registration opening June 5.

This summer will include three 4-week mini-sessions running:
๐Ÿ“… July 6โ€“30
๐Ÿ“… August 4โ€“27
๐Ÿ“… September 1โ€“24

Weโ€™re just finalizing host gyms and coaches now, and the website will be updated with class details by June 2. Registration for July and August sessions will open first, with September priority registration opening August 4 and public registration opening August 7.

This is a great way to keep moving, training, and working on skills throughout the summer. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ Be sure to register early as spots are limited!
