MAY

The schedule for MAY is now LIVE on the MINDBODY app!

Here are a couple important things to note:

STRIDE 101 - This class will continue for the month of May. This class perfect for those wanting to try out spin for the first time, returning to spin after a break, or any one who wants to move their body for 30 minutes. We will focus on the basics, having the option to stay in the saddle the whole time, and moving to slower beats. This class will be on Tuesday for the first week then switch to Wednesday for the rest of the month at 530-600pm!

TEAM TEACH - Join Kisanne & Shay for a TEAM TEACH on Saturday May 9th at 930am! Join Andi & Sonny for a SPIN & SCULPT team teach on May 16th & 30th at 930am!

YOGA - Jordan is going to return for a HATHA YOGA at 1000am on May 23rd. More details to come soon!

9D BREATHWORK - Bradie is going to return for the 9D Breathwork that was postponed last month. She will be here May 30th at 100pm.

CHILDMINDING - In addition to our Strong as a Mother class (Wednesdays at 930am), we will also have childminding available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 530pm as well as some Sundays.

730PM SPIN - A later evening spin class will be back on the schedule on Wednesdays beginning May 13th!

TUESDAYS - Tuesday's 430pm class will now run at 530pm!

We know May is a busy month for most - make sure to continue prioritizing time for yourself when you can! Book those spots ahead of time to set yourself up for success!

It’s spring… even if Mother Nature has been giving us a mixed bag lately. Snow one day, sunshine the next. Still, the season is changing and maybe we are too.

After a long winter, many people still feel tired, tense, or stuck in go-mode. The body can carry stress longer than we realize. Spring cleaning isn’t only for our homes. Sometimes our nervous system could use it too.

Your breath is something you access all day without even thinking. It’s automatic, always there, and always with you. When we learn to work with it intentionally, it can become a powerful tool for shifting how we feel in the moment!

Bradie is bringing INCEPTION to Assiniboia for a pop-up 9D Breathwork experience using guided breath, music, and immersive headphone audio to help you slow down and reconnect.

LEARN TO RUN

Join us for a four week 'Learn to Run' beginners class designed to gradually build you up to a continuous 5K effort by increasing running time and reducing walking intervals each week. The timing of this class is perfect if you are planning on attending Hayley and Cayden's Mother's Day walk/run!

Each session will include a warm-up at the studio, a walk/run outside, and then a cool-down at the studio. We will be meeting Sundays at 4pm and Wednesdays at 530pm. You will see the most progress if you attend all 8 sessions (plus one additional run per week on your own) but you are also welcome to drop in when you are able to make it!

Sign up with your regular passes through the MINDBODY app! Childminding is available on Wednesdays!

Enjoy 30 minutes on the bike focused on proper form, building confidence, and learning the basics. Expect mostly seated work, with the option to come out of the saddle when you’re ready.
