Wondering if you're old enough to skydive — or whether you're too old to start? 🪂

At Parachute Ottawa, tandem skydives can start at 16 with parental consent, and our Progressive Freefall Program starts at 18. There’s no upper age limit — what matters most is being in good health, and feeling ready for the experience.

We broke it all down in our blog so first-timers, parents, and future students know what to expect before jump day.
