Our Little Warriors and Teens BJJ classes will be cancelled on Monday, August 31st, and on Thursday, September 3rd. Classes as per usual on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Adult BJJ classes are still on all week.

Thanks to the amazing team at Arnprior Kids Sports Camp for reaching out to us to introduce the kids to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! We had an incredible time sharing the sport, playing games, and seeing so many smiles on the mats.

A huge thank you to all of the camp counsellors for your energy and enthusiasm, and to the campers for giving it their all. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

Want to keep the fun going? Our Little Warriors program is the perfect place for kids to build confidence, learn self-defence, stay active, and make new friends in a supportive environment.
