Right from the first time you step onto our mats, without even knowing the people around you, you choose to trust them.
You trust that they will be respectful. You trust that they will keep you safe, even when you’re in vulnerable and uncomfortable positions. You trust that they will listen, communicate, and respect your needs and limitations.
This is how we become valued training partners. And through that trust, we get to practice this beautiful art together.
