Trip to UK PT-2
Visiting my family in Derrythorpe. We did so much over the 2 week period. The weather was so warm we were able to travel to the seaside twice!

I really needed to move today. I decided to practice amidst the chaos of my weekend household. I was able to stay focused on my practice without feeling resentment towards the interruptions the upstairs of my household brings. Learning to switch on rather than switch off.

Hey everyone! I know I’ve been MIA for a couple of months. Honestly, had the best summer with my fam and friends. Anyway! Back to it!
