The 112,000 square-foot Anzac Recreation Centre presented by Nexen Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of CNOOC Ltd., includes an NHL-sized arena, fitness centre, field house, children and youth activity spaces, indoor running track and other amenities. Our partner at CNOOC International is supporting local students through their scholarship at Bill Woodward School!



Graduates of Bill Woodward School in Anzac have the opportunity to receive up to $10,000 toward their post-secondary education. This scholarship is open to students pursuing a wide range of studies, with preference given to programs connected to the energy industry, including STEM and business administration.

Eligible applicants:

Graduated in 2025, or
Graduating in 2026

We've been having so much fun at our Youth Cooking Club! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
From learning new recipes to building kitchen skills and sharing lots of laughs, our youth have been creating some amazing dishes together.
A huge thank you to the Justin Slade Youth Foundation for coming out to our community and hosting this program. We appreciate all that you do!
