Coaches awards, MVP’s, and most improved, great way to end summer soccer season and kick off the school season. Go Warriors! (And yes we still count Kensie as a “Parrsboro” kid!)

Our Warriors wrapped up their season yesterday with a tough loss to Pomquet. Our energy just wasn’t quite there — maybe the emotions of not playing for first, or maybe our short bench finally caught up to us.

But what a season it was. Only two losses all year! Their improvement, growth, grit, and teamwork were awesome. This group matured into a true team — one that held each other accountable, learned to take feedback, and found ways to coach and motivate each other every game.

With every player returning next season, we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

A huge thank you to all the parents, assistant coaches (Dave and Heidi), our school’s athletic director, teachers (who put uo with the class interuptions to let them out early) and principal, and the amazing community who showed up and supported these girls all year. Your cheers, encouragement, donations and commitment meant the world.

We’re proud, but even better it was great to see the team be proud of themselves. They earned it.
