On June 4, join the community at Fort Anne National Historic Site to mark the 300th anniversary of the Peace and Friendship Treaty of 1726.
The day will feature cultural programming, music, dancing, educational activities, crafts, food vendors, and a formal ceremony recognizing this important moment in Miโkmaw and Canadian history.

Join us at Fort Anne National Historic Site on June 4th to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the signing of the Peace and Friendship Treaty of 1726 with a special event hosted by the Miโkmaq Grand Council Sante Mawiomi and the Government of Canada.
๐๏ธ Cultural programming featuring music, dancing, education, crafts and food vendors will begin at 10:00 a.m., and a formal ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m.
