Hi Iron folks,
We always cook ahead in larger quantities. This not only is convenient, this way also stops us from just picking up some crap food.
Here we made the one and only...Browned Iron Balls.
What we did was made the meatballs from minced beef, added in some salt and pepper, then, browned in olive oil.
Then cooked for about 15 minutes.
Removed from pan and put aside.
With the now empty frying pan, we added mushrooms with beef stock, cooked for 10 minutes on medium high, then thickened with flour.
Once thickened, we just poured over the meat balls.
Give this a try and let us know how it turns out.
Remember, make food interesting and enough variety so you can keep eating enough of those muscle building foods.
Till next time, keep strong.
