Canterbury Hills Camp Providing creative and engaging overnight and day camp experiences in the heart of Hamilton's beautiful Dundas Valley forest since 1960

Canterbury Hills Camp is an Ancaster based summer camp that has been operating for over 60 years. Our unique camping experience provides opportunities for children and youth to build community, engage in experiential learning and increase environmental awareness. Camper groups are given the opportunity to plan their schedules for the week based on their personal preferences and unique ideas, making every week at camp new and exciting!

Today and yesterday our Head Unit Leaders and some of our multi-year returning staff got their Low Ropes training!

They had a lot of fun getting to play some games and learning how to safely facilitate all of the amazing low elements we have on site.

Camp is so excited to have so many experienced leaders who are able to lead our low rope elements this summer! 🌲

Way to go Anglican Diocese of Niagara!

Who knew the spirited tug-of-war between the Camp Lingerers (Alumni Team) and Team Unicorn would result in such an overwhelming outpouring of support for Canterbury Hills Camp?

Thanks to the generosity of campers, alumni, families, staff, friends, and supporters, this year's Say Yes! to Kids campaign has now raised more than $12,000, surpassing its original goal and helping strengthen a ministry that has been changing lives for more than 65 years.

Whether you cheered for the Lingerers, backed the Unicorns, or simply believed in the power of camp, thank you.

Your support will help ensure that future generations of children and youth can continue to experience friendship, adventure, faith, and belonging at Canterbury Hills Camp.

Happy Say Yes! To Kids Sunday! We are over 80% of the way towards reaching our $10,000 goal - which will allow us to build a new NORC (outdoor activities shed) and fill it with new equipment- so that our campers this summer can enjoy endless active games and creative programming at camp 🏀 🏕️
