Congratulations to our black belt candidates for achieving their ultimate goal this past weekend! These 3 all stars were our very first students from when we first opened our doors in Ancaster. They are always very eager and happy to train everyday (and even multiple classes a day)! Their determination and dedication to training really paid off, way to represent girls! 💪

Hosted by Emily Vukovic, the energy was incredible as she bravely attempted board breaking and even stepped onto the mats for some sparring! 💥🥋

Master Pavan shared insights about the programs we proudly offer across all 12 OMAC locations — from Tiny Tigers and After School programs to Teens & Adult classes and seasonal camps — all designed to build confidence, discipline, and leadership through martial arts.
