🥋💎DIAMOND WINNER 💎🥋

We’re so grateful to everyone who took the time to vote for us in this year’s Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Martial Arts School and Master Dao as Best Martial Arts Instructor in Hamilton! 🏆

It has been incredibly rewarding to watch our students grow, and build a community that feels like family. Being recognized by the community we care so much about means more than words can say. Thank you for believing in us, growing with us, allowing us to be part of your journey, but most of all, being a part of ours. 🙇🏼‍♂️

We’d love to hear about what being part of our OMAC family means to you! Please share your favourite memories, favourite masters or classes, and what you would like to see more from us in the comments below! Google reviews also go a long way and help us continue to grow and improve for the better of the community.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Happy thanksgiving OMAC Families, you are what we are most thankful for 🙏

🥋🏆 WE’VE BEEN NOMINATED! 🏆🥋

We’re so excited and incredibly grateful to be nominated for this year’s Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Martial Arts School AND Best Martial Arts Instructor in Hamilton! ❤️

This nomination feels extra special when we think about how far we’ve come. OMAC has always been a safe haven for us to empty our minds and reset, connect with our masters, brothers and sisters through training that strengthened us both mentally and physically. Being able to create our own version of that space was, and still is, our ultimate goal. What started as a dream has grown into a community, a family, and a place where students of all ages can build confidence, discipline, and an indomitable spirit. 🥋

Through the highs, the challenges, and all the little milestones along the way, you’ve been part of our journey. Our students, families, instructors, and supporters are the reason we’re here today. We couldn’t be more grateful. ❤️

If you've been part of our journey, we sincerely thank you, and we would love to hear about your own journey at OMAC in the comments or by leaving a google review. 🙏

Daily voting ends August 21st and we’d be so grateful for your vote! 🗳️✨

2026 BLACK BELT TESTING 🥋

Congratulations to our black belt candidates for achieving their ultimate goal this past weekend! These 3 all stars were our very first students from when we first opened our doors in Ancaster. They are always very eager and happy to train everyday (and even multiple classes a day)! Their determination and dedication to training really paid off, way to represent girls! 💪

OMAC Martial Arts is thrilled to have been featured on CHCH Morning Live earlier this week! 🎉

Hosted by Emily Vukovic, the energy was incredible as she bravely attempted board breaking and even stepped onto the mats for some sparring! 💥🥋

Master Pavan shared insights about the programs we proudly offer across all 12 OMAC locations — from Tiny Tigers and After School programs to Teens & Adult classes and seasonal camps — all designed to build confidence, discipline, and leadership through martial arts.

Thank you to the CHCH team for showcasing the power of Taekwondo in our community! 🙏
