We want to send a huge thank you to everyone who came out and took part in our 1st Annual Roger Bacon Memorial Golf Tournament. It was wonderful having so many teams, friends, and golfers here to help make the day so special.
A very special thank you to all of our volunteers who gave their time and helped us throughout the tournament. We truly appreciate everything you guys did to help make the day run smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without you!
And of course, a huge thank you to all of our amazing sponsors who supported the tournament. Your generosity and support helped make this event possible, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you!
We would also like to take a moment for the honourable Roger S. Bacon, former Premier of Nova Scotia and Minister of Agriculture. Known as “farmer”and founder of Bacon’s Par 3 Golf Course, Roger’s vision, dedication, and love of the community helped create a place where generations could come together and enjoy the game of golf. This tournament is a meaningful way to celebrate his legacy and keep his memory alive.
Most importantly, we hope everyone had a great time, made some memories, and enjoyed a round of golf with us.
We’re incredibly proud of how our first tournament turned out, and we’re already looking forward to many more years of the Roger Bacon Memorial Golf Tournament!
