As mentioned in class, we are going to try something new for the summer. Each week, we will send an email noting the upcoming class times.
YOU will need to REPLY ALL to indicate if you are attending or NOT so that we can decide whether to cancel class or not.

Here is the class schedule for the rest of this week and next week.

Thursday July 2nd ; 5pm – 5:30pm self training. 5:30pm -7pm instructional class. Jiin is the kata of the month.

Tuesday July 7th ; 5pm – 5:30pm self training. 5:30pm – 7pm instructional sparring class. Open to all belt levels. Must have sparring gloves and mouthpiece to free spar.

Thursday July 9th ; 5pm -5:30pm self training. 5:30pm -7pm instructional class.

Please respond by Sunday July 5th for these classes.
