✨TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT✨

This event marked the finale of our 2023-24 competitive season as well as the conclusion of this version of Team Wahl.

We want to thank everyone at our home club for the tremendous support you have shown us over the years. Our love of curling started with your program and we are thrilled to see the Little Rockers and Juniors alive and thriving at the rink.

Our second home was in Morris at the Cargill Curling Training Centre. Thank you for all your support.

Thank you to our coaches over the years - coach Alex, coach Keith, and Coach Chris. You have dedicated hours upon hours to helping us with technicals, strategy, ex*****on, nutrition and so much more. All of our successes were impacted by your teaching.

Of course … we have the BEST family and friends cheering us on every game and thru all the ups and downs. Many enthusiastic fans from Altona have also been great supporters. Stopping to chat about the next event and wishing us good luck and good curling. Thank you!

We’re back! The 2024 Curl Manitoba U20 Provincial Championship kicks off on Feb 21 with pre-event practice and group banquet. Our first game is Thursday Feb 22 at 8:30 am vs . The event is a triple knockout with A,B & C events leading to 4 qualifiers for playoffs. 2 berths to U20 Nationals are on the line.

Thank you to the for hosting a fabulous U18 Provincial Championship. Although our results were not what we had hoped for, we played some great curling and are happy to congratulate and on earning the Team Manitoba crest. You will do well in Ottawa at U18 nationals. Congrats also to on earning a berth as men’s team MB2.

Our next event will be the Tour Championship at the end of January.

That’s a wrap for day 2 at U18 Provincials. Started off with a great game vs Team Card. Able to get the W giving us a record of 2-1.

Had the bye this afternoon so spent an hour with Kelli at for an excellent private yoga session. Shout out to dads Keith and Jason for joining us 💪🏻

Finished the evening with a team supper at . Nice to have some time to relax together before getting back on the ice at 8:30 am Saturday.
