TRANSACTION: VERBETSKII & SAYAMOV CHEZ LES TITANS

Les Titans annoncent avoir conclu une transaction impliquant 5 joueurs avec les Civics de New Tecumseth.

Les Titans font l’acquisition des attaquants Savva Verbetskii (2001) et Daniil Sayamov (2003) en retour des droits sur 3 joueurs de notre organisation mais qui ne devaient pas évoluer pour notre équipe cette saison. Parmi ces joueurs notons entre autres le gardien de but Gabriel Labbé (2005) qui s’est aligné avec les Titans en début de saison dernière et l’attaquant Ben White (2003) repêché en 2020.

Les Titans obtiennent aussi le choix de 3e ronde des Civics au prochain Repêchage de la GMHL

Savva Verbetskii est un joueur de centre qui possède une belle vision du jeu, des mains de marqueur et qui crée des occasions offensives pour ses ailiers en raison de sa vitesse. Il est parvenu à maintenir une moyenne de 1 point/match la saison dernière au sein d’une équipe qui n’a inscrit que 110 buts en 38 parties.
À 21 ans maintenant, il devrait connaître sa saison la plus productive en carrière.

Daniil Sayamov est un produit de l’excellent programme CIHA d’où proviennent Andrei Svalov et Maxence Lemaire. À sa 1ere saison avec les Civics l’ailier de 18 ans a remporté le trophée du Joueur le plus amélioré de l’équipe. Ses 25 points en 34 parties laissent entrevoir de belles choses pour lui qui disputera une 2e saison dans la ligue. Comme Savva Verbetskii, Daniil Sayamov est aussi un rapide patineur.

Nos 2 nouveaux Titans se rapporteront dans les prochains jours à l’équipe. Savva d’ici le weekend et Daniil en début de semaine prochaine.

Titans announce that they have concluded a trade involving 5 players with the New Tecumseth Civics.

Your Titans acquire forwards Savva Verbetskii (2001) and Daniil Sayamov (2003) in return for the rights to 3 players from our organization who were not planned to play for our team this season.
These players include goalie Gabriel Labbé (2005), and forward Ben White (2003), drafted in 2020.

Titans also get Civics 3rd round pick in upcoming GMHL Draft

Savva Verbetskii is a center player who has great vision, scoring hands and creates offensive chances for his wingers due to his speed.
He managed to maintain an average of 1 point / game last season in a team that scored only 110 goals in 38 games.
At 21 now, he should have his most productive season of his career.

Daniil Sayamov is a product of the excellent CIHA program from which Andrei Svalov and Maxence Lemaire come. In his first season with the Civics, the 18-year-old winger won the team's Most Improved Player Award. His 25 points in 34 games suggest great things to come for him who will play his second season in the league. Like Savva Verbetskii, Daniil Sayamov is also a smooth skater.

Our 2 new Titans will report to the team in the next days. Savva by the weekend and Daniil early next week.

The Civics are proud to announce they have re-signed Russian Center Daniil Sayamov for the upcoming 2022-2023 GMHL Season!!

Sayamov had a breakout rookie season last year finishing 5th on the team in scoring with 6 Goals and 19 Assists for 25 points in 34 games. This was good enough for him to be 41st among all U19 players in the league last season (out of 268) he was also 11th among all Russian born players in scoring!

Sayamov came to the team as a hard working strong two way forward following his 4 year career playing at the prestigious Canadian International Hockey Academy in Rockland!

We are very excited to have you back in Civic Nation Daniil!

The Civics are very proud to announce the re-signing Russian Defenseman and Team Captain Aristarkh Pashentsev for the upcoming 2022-2023 season

Pashentsev is a hard hitting blue liner who is entering his fifth and season in the GMHL all with the New Tecumseth Civics. Pashentsev was names an Assistant Captain at the beginning of last season and was named as the interim Captain of the team when former captain Mikhail Kornilov was traded to the Titans.

This past season Pashentsev set highs in Points with 6 and Goals with 3 while shaking the opposing teams forwards with his hard hitting style of play on a nightly basis

The 2019-2020 season with the Civics was at the time a career year for Pashentsev as he found his way into a top 4 role consistently all year and added 5 assists in 34 games as an 18 year old.

The 2001 born Pashentsev also appeared in 33 games his rookie year with the Civics and developed immensely into a stay at home shut down defenseman capable of swinging momentum with a thunderous hit to shut down opposing teams top offenses.

This season Pashentsev will be counted on as a veteran of the Civics to help lead a blue line that is shaping up to be one of the strongest and most well rounded groups the Civics have put together.

Civics GM Jordan Richardson was very excited to be adding Pashentsev, who stands well over 6 feet tall, back to the roster this season, “Pashy is the exact type of player you want leading your room, he doesn’t take a play off and is always the hardest worker in the room. He has also risen to the occasion helping to become an extremely vocal leader in the locker room among both our Russian and our Canadian players and has earned respect over his year with the Civics.

The Civics are proud to announce that 2021-2022 GMHL Goalie of the Year Runner Up Zach Levac has signed his first pro contract with IJCU Dragons Utrecht in the Netherlands2 professional hockey league.

Levac led the GMHL in saves, setting a franchise record in the process with 1114 saves to go along with his .912 Save Percentage in 27 games for the Civics.

Levac joined the Civics this year following a 4 year junior C playing career with the hopes of advancing either professionally or to college hockey and he becomes the 308th advancement under the Civics current management and coaching group.
