Founded in 1998, the Nicole Jacklin School of Dance and Performing Arts provides the New Techumseth community with a warm and friendly atmosphere where hard work is combined with fun. We inspire dancers to reach their fullest potential and encourage children of all ages to experience the joy of dance. The Nicole Jacklin School of Dance offers several programs to fit the needs of each individual student, these include our recreational, competitive and exam programs, as well as summer classes. The classes offered include Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Modern/Lyrical, Tap, Acro, Pre-School, as well as competitive conditioning classes. Our professionally-qualified teachers provide a high level of training that ensures all students reach their personal potential. All classes focus specifically on techniques from world-renowned associations; Ballet students are examined by The Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.), Jazz and Acro by The Canadian Dance Teachers Association (C.D.T.A.), and Tap and Modern by The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (I.S.T.D.).
