Mansfield Ski Club is hiring Ski Instructors & Ski Coaches for the 2026/27 season!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, positive people who love skiing, enjoy working with kids and families, and want to be part of a great team this winter.

Whether you’re an experienced instructor or coach looking for a new place to share your passion for skiing, or recently certified and ready to start your career on snow, we’d love to hear from you.

Come spend your winter doing what you love, helping the next generation build confidence, improve their skills and discover a lifelong love of skiing.

Winter might still feel a few months away—but at Mansfield, we’re already looking ahead to those first cold nights.

As soon as Mother Nature gives us the temperatures, our snowmaking team will be ready to get to work—helping turn the hill white and getting us one step closer to the winter weekends we’ve all been waiting for.

Know a family who would love Mansfield? Sometimes all it takes is one invitation.

For many of us, Mansfield has never been just about the skiing.

It’s waking up on a Saturday morning knowing exactly where your family wants to be.

It’s watching your children head out with their instructors and coaches—building confidence, developing skills and making friendships along the way.

It’s a coffee with friends. A few runs together. Lunch in the chalet. Kids who don’t want to leave at the end of the day.

It’s watching familiar faces become lifelong friends.

And somewhere along the way, Mansfield starts to feel like a second home.

That’s what makes Mansfield special.

And for many of our members, it all started because someone they knew simply said: “You should come experience this with us.”

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Chef to help shape the future of food and beverage at Mansfield Ski Club.

Beginning with the 2026/27 season, Mansfield is bringing our food and beverage operation in-house, creating a unique opportunity for a culinary leader to build something from the ground up—not simply inherit an existing operation.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing great food, leading high-performing teams, managing costs, and delivering exceptional member experiences. From busy ski-day service and après ski to member events, race weekends and corporate functions, you’ll help create a food program that becomes an integral part of the Mansfield experience.

Long before smartphones, streaming, and Wi-Fi… there was Mansfield.

Some things have changed over the years, but the reasons we come to Mansfield never do.

Friendly faces.
Après filled with stories.
Great skiing.
Weekends spent with family.
Another winter shared with great friends.

The best Kids Après is the one kids can’t stop talking about on the drive home. So tell us…what Kids Après activities or events would your family love to see at Mansfield this winter?

As we put the finishing touches on this winter’s Kids Après lineup, we’d love your ideas. Whether it’s bringing back a favourite or introducing something new, let us know what would make this winter even more memorable for your family.

From crafts to face painting, scavenger hunts to animal encounters, Kids Après has always been one of the highlights of the weekend for many of our youngest members.

For more than six decades, Mansfield Ski Club has been creating something that goes far beyond skiing and snowboarding.

Our terrain has expanded.
Our snowmaking and grooming have advanced.
Our facilities have grown.

But the heart of Mansfield has never changed.

A place where families spend weekends together.
Where lifelong friendships begin.
Where children discover a love of winter that stays with them for life.

When John Low and the founding members first carved ski trails into these hills in 1962, they weren’t simply building a ski club—they were creating a place where people could come together around a shared love of skiing.

Today, more than 64 years later, that same spirit lives on.

Some things change with time. The best things never do.

Here’s to our history—and to the memories still waiting to be made.

At Mansfield, we’ve had the privilege of watching generations of young racers grow up on these slopes.

Season after season, they build confidence, resilience, lifelong friendships, and skills that last far beyond the race course.

While we’re proud of every race result and every podium, we’re even prouder of the remarkable young people they become.

To every athlete, coach, volunteer, and family who has been part of the Mansfield Racing community—thank you for being part of the journey. ❤️

The journey doesn’t end when the snow melts—it simply pauses until the next season.

Another season of confidence. Another season of friendships. Another season of growth. We can’t wait to welcome returning athletes back on snow and cheer on those taking their first turns.
