South Simcoe United Football Club SSU is the 'Home of Soccer' in South Simcoe County Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. It’s a game almost anyone can play.

It’s fun and very affordable. South Simcoe United is your local soccer club, and for years we have been putting smiles on kids faces. We offer programs for children and youth of every age and ability. Kids of every age could use a little less screen time and a little more green time. We have programs that run in both the winter and the summer as well as both recreational and competitive programs. Check out which program suits your child the best. It’s time to get in the game with SSU.

What a night for our U9 Competitive Boys Black and White teams!

Despite the rain, these young athletes showed determination, resilience, and a true love for the game. They battled through challenging conditions, never gave up, and were rewarded with two impressive home-field victories.

Wins are always exciting, but what made us most proud was the effort, teamwork, and positive attitude displayed by every player from start to finish.

Congratulations to both teams on a fantastic performance. Keep working hard, supporting one another, and representing South Simcoe United FC with pride.

Player Photo Week is continuing through Friday, June 19th, and every South Simcoe United FC player is invited to have their photos taken.

No appointment is needed. Simply attend before or after your scheduled soccer session and our photography team will be there to help capture this special season.

This is more than a building. It's about creating opportunities for our athletes, families, and community for years to come.

The proposed Sports Dome would provide year-round access to training, games, and programming, regardless of the weather. Tonight, Council will be discussing the project, and community support matters.

You do not need to speak.
You do not need to prepare anything.
Simply showing up sends a powerful message that this project is important to our community.

WE NEED YOU THERE.

⚽ The future of indoor soccer in our community is being discussed at the Special Council Meeting on Wednesday, June 17 at 5:00 PM.

The proposed Sports Dome would create year-round opportunities for soccer players, local families, youth athletes, teams, coaches, and community members across Alliston, Beeton, Tottenham, and New Tecumseth.

This facility would provide more access to sports, training, recreation, and active living throughout the year. Before final decisions are made, Council needs to see that our community supports this project.

We are asking all South Simcoe United families, players, coaches, volunteers, supporters, and residents of New Tecumseth to attend.

You don't need to speak.
You simply need to show up.

A strong crowd sends a powerful message that investing in youth sports, community recreation, soccer development, and active living in New Tecumseth matters to our community and future generations of athletes.

As a result, tonight's Ball Mastery session has been cancelled.

We hope everyone takes this opportunity to come together, cheer loudly, and celebrate this exciting moment for Canadian soccer. There is nothing quite like watching your country compete on the world's biggest stage.

It's Time for South Simcoe United Player Photo Week!

Join us June 15th–19th as we capture the memories, smiles, and moments that make the 2026 season so special. Whether it's your first year with SSU or you've been part of the club for years, we invite all players to take part in Player Photo Week.

No booking required!

Your photo day will take place on the same day as your scheduled soccer session. Simply stop by before or after your session to have your photo taken.
