I tried to take some screenshots from my workout video of this cute moment with Cedar this morning so excuse the blurriness. I was in the middle of doing one of the moves and she came over and flooped on me to cuddle 🥺

She’s been such a brat since Asher was born. Always eating his burp cloths and clothing that gets spit up on it. Trying to eat my nursing pads. Chewing on the bed posts under out bed. Ripping diapers apart (thankfully the clean ones from the diaper caddy, not any dirty ones). I’ve been losing my patience with her but I have to remind myself that shes still a baby too and she’s now in her “rebellious teenage years”.

But then she has her moments like this where she’s so cuddly and sweet and it melts my heart just a little bit 💛 she’s a big suck when she wants to be! She makes me laugh every day just as much as she irritates me so I guess it cancels each other out 😂

a little throwback to the last time I was in Riviera Maya and to the last time I was a brunette🌞I was supposed to be in Riviera Maya this week on a trip that I earned with my business, but I ended up having to cancel when I found out I was pregnant. The timing didn’t work out too well unfortunately as I’ve just hit the point in pregnancy where it’s not advised to travel anymore so sadly I had to cancel my trip. Don’t get me wrong, I’m beyond thankful to be pregnant and to be bringing a beautiful little baby into the world - it just would’ve been so nice if the trip was a few weeks earlier and me and Sean could have had a little baby moon getaway to Mexico!

This is actually the 3rd tropical vacation I’ve earned with my company but I was unable to attend the other 2 as well due to the pandemic and travel restrictions. This was the 1st year that it was looking like it was going to work out that I could go but the universe had other plans🤰🏼🙊 These trips aren’t going anywhere though so there is always next year! The best part is that anyone can earn an invite on these trips too!

But for now, I’ll be following along with my gfs stories and living vicariously through them while they have the time of their lives getting spoiled in Mexico from our company!!

25 weeks with bub 💛 this pregnancy is honestly flying by, which I think partly is because I’ve been very lucky with having a very easy pregnancy so far. I haven’t had any morning sickness or had to deal with anything thats making me feel crappy so it’s going by super quickly. Definitely starting to feel pregnant now though 😂 things are feeling heavy, it’s getting harder to roll over in bed, pelvic pressure when I’m walking - all that fun stuff. Finally starting to feel baby moving around now too which is exciting and still kinda crazy to think about 🤯

You will never be ready; no one ever truly feels “ready”. This is why you must start BEFORE you’re ready. If you are sitting around waiting for things to be perfect - for more resources, more experience, more knowledge - before you start, you’ll be waiting a long time. Real talk: perfect doesn’t exist, and anything that you feel looks perfect only got that way because someone had the courage to start in the first place. When you start, the badass side effect is that you will organically receive more experience, knowledge and resources simply because you started.

If I waited until I was ready to start my coaching biz, I never would have started. I wasn’t in crazy good shape, I barely knew how to post on social media, I didn’t know what I was doing. But I learnt along the way and figured it all out. The hardest part is making the choice and saying yes! Everything else is figureoutable.

Todays the day!! Our annual coach conference has officially kicked off and while I’m so stoked for a few of our girls that are there experiencing summit for the very first time, I’m heartbroken that I couldn’t be there myself 😭

BB events are something else and they really remind you of how much of an impact this business, these programs, and this lifestyle have on soooo many people. It feels so cliché to say it but it really is life changing!

I’m still super grateful to be able to get together tomorrow with some of the other coaches on my team local to me, hang out, workout, wear some matching swag and take all the photos! But I’m deffs counting down the days until we get to experience a larger scale company event again! Like I said before, BB doesn’t hold back when it comes to these events! Until then, I’ll be following along with everyones IG stories and living vicariously through them!

This business may not be for everyone but I’m grateful af that I gave it a shot and said yes 5 years ago 💛
