Yessss we are having a Biggest Loser competion at the gym!! Program will run for 7 weeks with 2 times a week in gym classes!! We will make a private group page for motivation and tips on training and nutrition!! Sign up now we will be starting soon!! Top 3 winners will receive cash prizes from a percentage of the entry fee so the more we get the more you can win!!! Have fun and learn how to train and make eating right simple and effectively!!! Starting Nov 7th. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings!!

Learn to “Deadlift” class starting soon!! Learn the proper form and techniques to a proper deadlift. The deadlift is the base of all lifts in training whether it be for strength lifts in the gym, any type of fitness programs or in life in general. We all need to pick things up in life and work from grocery bags to our kids!! We will be starting classes once a week and this is open to all ages!! Learn the proper form to prevent injuries before they happen!! Message for more details and to sign up!!
