Our annual Easter Egg Hunt was back this Sunday 🐣

It was such a fun afternoon having members bring their kids into the studio for some Easter fun. Lots of eggs, lots of treats, and lots of chaos in the best way.

The Beaster Bunny made an appearance again this year, handing out goodies and spreading some Easter joy around the studio 🐰

Always a fun one to do each year and nice seeing the studio full in a different way🤍🤍

Also, Coach Shania would like it formally noted that she came up with the name Beaster Bunny ✨✨✨

🏆 Challenge 50 Wrap-Up 🏆

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part in this challenge and committed to showing up for themselves over the last few weeks. The determination, discipline, and consistency across the studio was unreal. Early mornings, tough workouts, staying on track, and continuing to push even when motivation wasn’t always there. That’s what this challenge was all about.

Big shoutout to Team Blue for taking the team win 💙👏

You’ve probably heard “summer bodies are made in the winter”… but it’s not really about that. It’s not about rushing or trying to change everything before a deadline. It’s about setting small, realistic goals now and building habits that actually stick so you feel good and confident going into summer.

This is your time to show up, stay consistent, and find a routine that works for you 🤍 Showing up a few times a week, fueling your body, and creating structure now makes everything easier when summer gets busy.

It’s about having confidence in your routine and knowing you’ve got something solid to come back to. We’re here to support that!

Battle Cancer workout today 💪

That one was no joke. Long sets, tough stations, and a lot of digging deep when it would have been easier to back off. Members really showed up and gave it everything … many doing it for people close to them, and honestly, it hit home because cancer has affected all of us in some way.

The energy on the floor was strong!! So much encouragement, teammates pushing each other, and everyone finding a way to keep going right to the end. It was one of those days that felt bigger than just a workout.
