Spent this past weekend ringside serving as part of the officials team for the 2026 Sanda Provincials!

Massive congratulations to all the athletes who stepped onto the platform and left it all out there. The skill, heart, and discipline on display this weekend show exactly where the future of Sanda in Ontario is heading!

Running a smooth competition takes a village. A huge, special shout-out goes to the incredible team of judges and officials I had the honor of working alongside. Sharp eyes, long hours, total professionalism, and a shared commitment to keeping the matches fair and safe.

Grateful for the camaraderie. 🤝💯

Now Back in Ajax!!

We are pleased to announce that Big Dipper Boxing & Wellness has officially returned to serve the Ajax community! Our team is excited to continue supporting your health and fitness journey in a new location!

We are now operating out of Red Dragon Martial Arts (R.D.M.A.), located at 55 Mills Rd. Unit #1. This transition allows us to offer our programming in a dedicated, professional martial arts environment.

In addition to our return, we are now offering Tai Chi classes every weekend! This practice is an excellent way to improve balance, flexibility, and mental focus. These sessions are open to individuals of all ages and experience levels.
