Game Recap Ajax vs Oshawa Kicks
Great game played by Ajax with a 2-0 victory over Oshawa Kicks.
We viewed some great ball control and passing, as Ajax had possession for most of the game.
Oshawa played a physical, and sometimes using questionable tactics in the game drawing a yellow card in the first half. The only thing Oshawa could do against our boys was get physical, trip and kick the ball out of bounds.
Lance added another shut out to our record, and our defence did not allow a shot on goal all game.
Sebastian and Nathan anchored the defence, and pushed the play to our midfielders and forwards, with all team members helping out when necessary.
Our midfield and forwards really looked good with all the passing plays they were able to put together.
Anthony, Luke and Rodrigo created many chances, and Oshawa was fortunate the score was not higher than it was.
Deandre, Gavin and Isaiah N really dug deep, and didn't let Oshawa’s rough style of play slow them down, keeping to our game plan, and controlling the play in all areas of the field.
