About us • Founded this year in 2025. We are committed to developing each goaltender’s skill set and character through our training services. We offer private, semi-private and group sessions. We also offer online video review support and advising/mentorship services. Eagle Eye works with goalies of all ages and skill levels. Our goal is to provide each goaltender with the specific tools they need in order to better themselves and succeed at any level. We strive to build great relationships with our goalies and help assist them in any way possible.
Personnel • Founder, Riley Sims is the head instructor of Eagle Eye Goaltending. Currently playing at Mount Royal University, Riley has played at many different levels in many different locations throughout North America. He has also been coaching for 9 years with multiple development companies all over North America while he was playing. Riley brings a lot of first hand experience to the table and he is eager to pass on the knowledge that he has gained through his hockey journey. Coaching has become a real passion for Riley and he is committed to developing the current and future generation of goalies.
