Hi friends,
I have some wonderful news to share. Last year, before I started my life coaching business, I felt a strong urge to start a non-profit. I believed God was encouraging me to step out in faith and help the next generation, but I was scared and wondered if it was just my own idea. As a single mom, I also had to make sure I could provide for my son and myself, so I set the idea aside. Even so, the desire to start a non-profit kept growing in my heart. Today, I’m excited to tell you that I’ve finally taken action on this call. I’m reminded of Jeremiah 29:11: 'For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.' I am holding onto this promise as I move forward in faith to empower the next generation, trusting that God will provide for me.
In the past month, I applied to Youth Unlimited Calgary - Youth for Christ to start my ministry with their support, and my application was accepted. Beginning in January 2026, I will turn my life coaching business into a ministry called Coached for Christ, focused on helping young people discover and live out their God-given purpose.
Why:
Every generation has its own challenges, but today’s youth are under more pressure than ever. Many young people struggle with comparison, identity confusion, anxiety, and the constant noise of the world around them.
Yet Scripture encourages us: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.” — Romans 12:2
I believe transformation happens when someone makes room for it by showing up, speaking life, and walking with youth in intentional, Christ-centered relationships. That is what Coached for Christ is all about.
Coached for Christ will:
• Stand in the gap
• Walk alongside youth
• Provide Christ-centered coaching
• Offer discipleship and mentorship grounded in love, truth, and hope
It is about encouraging future leaders and helping them step confidently into their God-given purpose.
I am reaching out because I can’t do this alone. I am asking you to join me in helping shape a generation that knows Christ, follows His voice, and walks confidently in their God-given purpose.
If you feel God is calling you to this mission, please share your full name and email address with me so I can send you more information about the ministry.
