Airdrie, you have shown us the love despite all the changes this year! The 2026 Canada Day Parade is officially at capacity for entries! We look forward to seeing everyone on July 1 as we celebrate the same Canada Day traditions with a new parade route.

Update: we appreciate your patience!

Whenever the weather is questionable, we do our best to take a little extra time before making the call. We look at the forecast, the radar, the track conditions, and every possible option to see if there’s a safe way to make racing happen. We never want to cancel if there’s a chance we can get riders on the track.

Unfortunately, tonight just isn’t going to be one of those nights. The track is too wet and it is unlikely to improve (infact high probabllity of it getting worse)

The track will remain closed and racing is cancelled for this evening.

But don't forget- we have Friday Night Lights in a few days and we are hoping with all our heart and soul that the weather cooperates!

Thanks for sticking with us through another Alberta weather adventure. We’ll keep working toward getting everyone back on the gate as soon as conditions allow.

Update on the track will be available around 4 pm

This is Airdrie BMX WILLING the weather to cooperate tonight. We are always going to try! We just need you to believe the rain will hold off too!
