"Motivation is what gets you started, Habit is what keeps you going"
Motivation is fleeting. One minute you're thinking to yourself, "today's going to be different", the next minute you've been distracted or sucked back in to your current routine or habit.
One of the hardest things to accomplish is a change of habit. Another way to look at that is, one of the hardest things to change, is mindset.
If you don't have the "improvement" mindset, you aren't going to utilize your motivation to act, and if you don't act on the motivation, you won't be able to create a new habit.
If you don't create a new habit, you stay the same.
Motivation might be what gets you started, but we create our habits, then they create us.
It's a new day, it's a new week, it's a new month; is it time to become a new You yet? 🤔🤷🏾♂️
