Maximum Performance Hockey Maximum Performance Hockey, our team is committed to the pursuit of every athletes maximum performance level, regardless of age or skill set.

Maximum Performance Hockey offers skill development for both hockey players and goaltenders. Our 1250sqft SYNTHETIC ICE RINK helps the players improve their puck control and shooting skills. The SKATING TREADMILL allows the instructor to work one on one with the athlete improving their stride, strength and endurance. All drills on the SYNTHETIC ICE can be timed and tracked using the electronic net

. This provides the athlete, instructor and parent with continual feedback on progress. The sessions are 1 hour in length with 8 athletes per session. Each session has two instructors. The session includes 1/2 hour on the SKATING TREADMILL and 1/2 hour on the SYNTHETIC ICE. The 8 athletes are split into two groups of four giving an opportunity for quality instruction. Goaltenders will work on stance, positioning, rebound control, and puck movement on the SYNTHETIC ICE with the instructor. The session is one hour in length with 4 athletes per session. Cody will be running Skating Treadmills Sessions or he can also do Shooting Sessions in the 30 minute time slots. He is just confirming ice, but will be running some Wednesday night skills sessions on ice as well.
