I’m truly grateful to be part of a gym community that feels more like family than just a place to work out. The support, encouragement, and positive energy here make such a difference. Everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed, and it shows in the way we push, motivate, and celebrate one another’s progress. Being surrounded by people who lift each other up—both physically and mentally—makes reaching our goals not only possible, but meaningful. Thank you all for creating such an inspiring and supportive environment.

It broke my heart that I had someone say that they thought Iron Asylum was a power lifting or body building gym only and didn’t want to embarrass our gym.

This couldn’t be further from the truth, Iron Asylum is for everyone. Whether you’re new to the gym scene or a seasoned veteran, young or young at heart. Iron asylum is a gym for all.

Our members are top notch! I see them helping everyone along their fitness journey! Ask our staff and we will demonstrate how the machines work and take time to make sure your questions are answered.

Please, please don’t be intimidated or think you’ll embarrass us. We are here to help! I personally am a 43 year old that is 45 lbs over weight and starting my journey to a healthier lifestyle and our members have been kind enough to show me some new exercises,so thank you to them for that! We are building a strong gym community and it shows!
