New to weight training, or ready to take your strength to the next level? In Level 1, learn the basics of strength training in a small group. Build, learn, and improve lifting form and confidence in the weight room. Then, in Level 2, continue to build on what you know by diving deeper into learning free weights and Olympic bars. Please note that today, Monday Sept. 7th, we will be operating on modified hours for the Labour Day holiday!

The Facility will be open from 9:00am-4:00pm! In the gymnasium, we will have drop-in Pickleball from 9:30am-12:30pm and Basketball 1:00pm-4:00pm!

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 8th during normal operating hours!
