We are proud to be participating in Tour de Coast, an incredible event where local police agencies and emergency service personnel cycle along the BC Coast to support children and families living with cancer and beyond.

The funds raised through this event help the Canadian Cancer Society drive groundbreaking pediatric cancer research and send 600 kids each year to Camp Goodtimes – a local, medically supervised recreation experience for children and teens with cancer and their families.

Please make a donation on our behalf to help us reach our fundraising goal! Every dollar counts, and donating online is not only secure but also helps the Canadian Cancer Society save on administrative costs, allowing more resources to go directly toward these vital programs.

One child with cancer is one child too many. Nothing big gets solved by one person or one organization. To take on cancer, it takes every one of us. It takes a society.

Our boy Chad made weight like a champ today and is ready to rock his fight tomorrow 👊

Chad has worked very hard the last few months and we are proud to see him stepping in there!

The event will be held in Langley at the Cascades Casino, doors opening at 6pm and first fight is at 7pm. Chad will be bout number 2 on the card.

Looking forward to seeing the Birdhouse crew out to support at the show! 🦅

We want to wish good luck to our students Lovepreet and Coady who are competing this Saturday. Well done for training hard and getting in there boys! 👏

Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm as well as Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15pm. Sunday open mat is at 12:30pm.

Happy Holidays from the Birdhouse crew! 🎄🎉

Reminder we will be closed Monday the 23rd to Wednesday the 25th. Open mat style sessions will be held on Thursday the 26th and Friday the 27th! Keep posted on our social media for a time 🚨

Hope everyone enjoys some good family time, a break from work+gym and some good food!

Come join our amazing team at Birdhouse Striking Club! 🦅

Our classes are structured so anyone can participate regardless of previous experience in martial arts or fitness, while still challenging you 👊

Whether you would like to start a new hobby, try a different workout, learn to defend yourself or just have fun. The Birdhouse is where it’s at!

Our competition team is also very active and we are constantly growing with opportunities for beginners to compete in a controlled environment so they can gain experience and challenge themselves

Adult Muay Thai Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm. As well as Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15pm

Kids Muay Thai Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15-6pm
