To my first child, we often communicate without words—a simple glance is enough to remind us that I am your father, and you are my precious daughter. From the moment you entered this world, I made a promise to protect, guide, and support you for as long as I draw breath on this earth.
Today, you have reached a remarkable milestone. As the saying goes, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step," and this achievement is one of the first great milestones on your journey through life.
I want you to know that I will be by your side for the many thousands of miles still ahead—celebrating your successes, supporting you through challenges, and cheering you on every step of the way.

KSKD San Ignacio & Benque Viejo Shine at Invitational Karate Tournament!

Yesterday, our Kazoku Shotokan Karate Dojyo (San Ignacio & Benque Viejo branches) proudly participated in the Invitational Sport Karate Tournament held in Belize City, featuring 5 clubs from across the country and over 35 competitors.
We are incredibly proud of our karatekas who represented us with discipline and heart: Isaiah Gonzalez, Sachi Fernandez, Alexander Ortiz, and Rito Fernandez Jr.

🥉 Sachi Fernandez – 3rd Place, Kata (9–12 years)
🥉 Alexander Ortiz – 2nd Place, Kumite (U12 Male U50KG)
🥉 Rito Fernandez Jr. – 2nd Place, Kumite (U12 Male +50KG)

A special recognition to Sensei Rito Fernandez, who also served as a Judge at the tournament. As a certified international Referee and Judge, his contribution and leadership continue to inspire our students.
🏆 We are thrilled to share that KSKD San Ignacio placed 3rd overall in the medal count!

To all the parents, thank you for your support and for giving your children the opportunity to showcase their skills. With every tournament, they gain confidence, discipline, and valuable experience.
Whether you won a medal or gained experience, you are ALL champions. Keep pushing, keep training, and keep shining!
