What an incredible turnout and support from the community! First and foremost, thank you to and for hosting this fantastic seminar. We also appreciate the Belmopan City Council and for providing us with a venue. Thank you to and for your participation. We raised a total of 320 BZ from this seminar, which will allow us to purchase three gis.

Celebrating Coach Frank Mac Vasquez: A New Milestone!

Last week marked a significant occasion for our F.I.T.E.FIT Belize team as we celebrated our head coach, Frank Mac Vasquez, receiving his well-deserved purple belt! 🎉 This achievement not only reflects his dedication and skill in the martial arts community but also his unwavering commitment to our team and its growth.

Coach Frank has been a cornerstone of F.I.T.E.FIT Belize, bringing immense value to our training and culture. His expertise, combined with his passion for teaching, has inspired countless members to push their limits and strive for excellence. The rigorous training sessions, insightful feedback, and a genuine sense of camaraderie he fosters have made our team stronger and more united.

Hey BJJ families! We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming Kids Seminar on October 26th at the Bohemian Restaurant in beautiful Placencia! 🥋✨

Join us for an action-packed seminar where your little warriors can learn about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

This long-overdue post highlights an exciting event! Jeffrey defended his title against Ismar Vasquez, while Mac, our head coach, fought on the main card against a competitor from Guatemala at . It was the most thrilling ProFC event to date, featuring fighters from the US, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico.

Mac delivered an outstanding performance in the cage, securing a TKO victory over his opponent in just 2 minutes and 11 seconds. His knee strikes were particularly lethal.

Jeffrey went the distance, battling hard against Ismar's submission attempts throughout all five rounds. However, Ismar’s game plan proved superior, and he ultimately won the belt from Jeffrey. In the world of competition, we experience both wins and losses. After all, if we don't learn how to lose, we can’t truly appreciate our victories.
