Dive into an Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa class that encourages deepening your practice through traditional sequencing. This class is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves while cultivating strength and flexibility.

*5:30 PM – Go with the Flow Community Yoga with LJ*
Experience the joy of mindful movement and relaxation in this donation-based class open to all skill levels. Flow with ease while connecting with our community, and choose your own contribution from $0 to $15.

Join us for a restorative and community-centered experience that invites you to reconnect with your body and spirit. Remember, every body is welcome here!

*5:00 PM – RITUAL - Deep House Yoga Flow with LJ*
Step out of the week’s frantic energy and into deep spiritual realignment. This intermediate yoga flow is an immersive, moving meditation set to deep organic house and rhythmic beats. Through breath and intuitive, fluid sequencing, we’ll explore heart-openers, inversions, energetic release, and reconnection. The practice closes with sound-bathed Savasana and aromatic smoke cleansing to clear residual energy and invite peace. After class, share warm or iced fever grass tea as we ground down, connect, and ease into the weekend together.

While we won't be gathering for classes tomorrow, we want to highlight the wonderful Community Acupuncture experience we had planned:

Acupuncture can treat various health issues such as chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and more in a community setting. This accessible form of treatment allows multiple people to receive care together. Please note that this class has been CANCELLED TODAY.
