We have seen Anisa come to Hardwood Gym and want to give up. We are constantly pushing her to be the best version of herself; on days when she is "lazy" to come to the gym to days when she is having a total melt-down, we have never let her give up.

For weeks she has asked us to do this challenge and today she has delivered!!!

Anisa we are proud if you!!! Nxt will be 20 squats with Emilia on your shoulders 💪💪💪
