❤️ What’s happening this week?

Yoga classes Tuesday through Sunday at 8 AM. From invigorating Vinyasa Flows to Gentle Slow Flow, and Yoga Fusion, we have a beautiful variety of classes for you.

❤️ Everything you need to know:

▪️Walk-ins are welcome for our daily morning classes, but we highly recommend reserving a spot in advance. You may do so on: www.ceibayogacayecaulker.com

▪️ Cost = Pay-what-you-can (to ensure yoga is available for all). Our recommended contribution is 20 BZD. The Sound Bath and other afternoon/evening sessions have a fixed price.

▪️Location: Avenida Mangle, Caye Caulker Belize, at Weezie's Ocean Front Hotel and Garden Cottages

▪️ Yoga mats and props are provided, you only need to bring yourself. Please arrive 10 minutes early to grab your mat and settle in.

☀️SATURDAY: 8.00 AM - Vinyasa Flow

A great way to start your day! This well-rounded flow energizes the body and the mind. You’ll be guided through a practice that will open and awaken the whole body, leaving you feeling balanced, energized, and ready to greet the day.

☀️ SUNDAY: 8.00 AM - Sunday Slow Flow

A lovely slow but energizing flow for a Sunday morning. Focused on slow muscle strengthening, stretching, and balance, this class allows time to connect with the body. Suited for all levels, and mainly for those who prefer a slower pace, including beginners coming to yoga for the first time.
