Well Done Max

Young drivers from across Central America took to the track last week at the opening round of the Central American Karting Championship. A big congratulations to Automóvil Club de Guatemala for organising and hosting this regional event which support our sport’s rising stars.
 
The event was supported through the FIA Motorsport Funding Programme and by FIA Vice President for Sport (North America), Daniel Coen, as a flagship regional initiative designed to expand accessibility at the entry level of motor sport. Programmes like this are essential to how we support our Member Clubs to deliver affordable, inclusive, and sustainable motor sport in every global region.
 
Round 2 of the Central American Karting Championship will be held in Honduras from 20 to 21 June.

This year's Slalom Champions and a Enthusiast racer are getting trained and assessed to prepare them to race regionally and represent Belize in the future. Slowly our stables are growing.
