Hello Friends, Parents and Students,
We are very sad to announce that we have had to make the most difficult decision to close the studio. Thank you to Ms. Andrea and Jaylan who kept it going this past year in my absence- I am so proud to have worked with you- your dedication, and creativity and care for students, is commendable.
We took over the studio from Dramatic Force in 2007 and I have had the privilege of meeting so many amazing students, parents and families over the years. It truly has been one of my life’s greatest joys to watch children grow, blossom and build their confidence and skills, including my own children.
En Croix has brought me some of my best friends, including Andrea who jumped in many years ago and became so vital to the excellence and heart of the school we all worked together to obtain. She always went the extra mile. We’ve had some incredible teachers, and dance moms and dads work with us over the years- too many to name them- thank you for your investment!!
It was OUR school as a community and I will forever hold those memories close to my heart. It was never lost on me and our team that you trusted us with your children.
I truly loved partnering with the other incredible musicians and dancer teachers in our area- including Ms.Jaylan -Modern Dance Movement, Susen at Dansa, Ms.Bonnie -Arlo Music Enterprise and Mrs.Frankie -In Treble. I am so grateful and will always support you and the arts in Belize the best I can. A special thank you to YWAM for the opportunity and open door to be able to pursue the arts as a school.
So, if you prayed for us, sent dance wear from afar, funded tuition for students, helped us fundraise for our dance conventions, helped to paint or do renovations over the years, We thank you all for your support, your patience and understanding.
May the Lord bless you and your families. Thank you for believing in this dream God had that I got to be a part of.
Patti George on behalf of the Board of En Croix School of Performing Arts.
