Eve asked: Why wen I do my exercise jst my butt loosing weight

My response: That’s because genetically that is how your body strips fat. What you are losing is body FAT! There are four type of body mass that moves the needle on the scale. Three of them are indispensable. That is Muscle, Body water and bone mass. The 4th is Fat mass which is energy in storage form which is dispensable because the body store it to burned for energy. Eventually it will be stripped all over but this area is where the process begins for you. You should persevere in your efforts regardless and work on building muscles since this is what shapes your body. Fat has a tendency to collect in all the wrong places and jiggle. Who wants jiggly arms or butt for that matter. So burning fat is the goal.. We are not sure if this is genetic or hormonal. Everyone is different in that regard. Some women have a tendency to store fat in certain places like hips butt and thighs and that is normally the result of a hormonal imbalance. Namely excessive amounts of the female hormone estrogen.
