I do 4-5 sets of each exercise (depending on how much I can push my body)
30-40 seconds on each exercise with a 5-10 second break in between

Still working on the shred... 3kg down, which puts me a little closer to my goal weight.
40 seconds on each exercise and 5-10 seconds rest between exercises..
NB: What’s a workout without a little victory dance at the end.
