If you can’t afford to workout at a gym, this routine is perfect for you. And the plus side is that it is purely calisthenics and does not require any equipment at all. All you need is a stop watch!

We ran a lap as a warm up, but you can’t jump rope for 5-10 mins.

Workout:
First Batch:
1. Squat Jack's
2. Alt Curtsey
3. Alt Lunges
4. High Knees

Second batch:
1. 1-2-7-8 (Orthodox)
2. 1-2-7-8 (South Paw)
3. Push Ups
4. Dips

Do each exercise for 1 minute.
Each batch of exercises can be done 3 times, making each.

In total, you will be done in half an hour.
